Overview: This certification is for those individuals with a know client base who seek recognition through a "Witnessed Activity" of their knowledge and skills in performing third party ISO certification audits of management systems as a Lead Auditor. The role may include those who have the title of Quality Assurance Manager, Health and Safety Manager, Environmental Manager, Quality Health and Environmental Manager, Operations Manager, Risk Officer, Risk Manager, or any other similar position description within an organisation.
Standards Referenced: ISO 19011:2011, ISO 17021:2015 and Management System Standards as required and applicable to the Management System being audited.
Resources: Full On line access to ACI Global's e-Campus for ongoing Professional Development, Resource Material and Mentor services from triple certificated JAS-ANZ witnessed lead auditors.
Length of program: 3 Years Triennial Certification Program providing a structured/framework to deliver professional competency benchmarks.

Prerequisites: The candidate with a known Client base will have a minimum of 3 years experience in auditing of systems and have completed a course of learning and have been assessed as competent against an ISO standard and or standards applicable to the "Witnessed Audit" activity to be undertaken. The candidate will also need to demonstrate that they have the required industry codes as they relate to the organisation nominated for the Witness Observation Activity.
Witness Examiner: Triple Certificated JAS-ANZ, ANAB, UKAS Witnessed Lead Auditor.

Step 1 - Candidates Register and enroll within the ACI Global 3 year Triennial Personal Certification Program. |

Step 2 - Candidates have Fit for purpose, Knowledge, Qualifications, Industry Experience and Client relationships verified. |

Step 3 - Candidates undertake formal training of their choice through the Accelerating Continuous Improvement (ACI) Framework offered by ACI Global. |

Step 4 - Candidates undertake a Document Review or Stage 1 Audit on a Known Organisaton. |

|
Step 5 - Candidates undertake a Stage 2 Audit to ready an Organisation for Third Party Certification to a known ISO or Industry Standard for example ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems. |

Step 6 - Candidate's are involved in the Third Party Audit and the Known Organisation is Certified against the ISO or Industry Standard the candidate has been trained in. |

Step 7 - Upon successful completion of the Third Party Certificaion of the Know Organisation Candidates are Certified and issued an ISO Personal Certification Card. |
