ACI Global's ISO Witnessed Activity

Overview

World's Best Practice: ACI Global's Witnessed Activity verifies and validates a candidates "Competency and Capability through Accelerating Continuous Improvement" to drive World's Best Practice methodology by Observing in person and in Real Time a candidates actions and interaction with stakeholders, addressing an issue or issues at any given point of time.

The key and critical steps in the Witnessed Activity Process undertaken throughout the "Learning Process" are as Follows:

  1. Assess a Candidates Authenticity by using ACI Global's Hello Process involving "Face Up or Back Off" Photo - CV - License Matching before confirmation of Enrolment in any course or program.
  2. Assess the Candidates Competency or Lack of (Not Yet Competent) at a given point during the learners course or program;
  3. Assess the candidates Capability in responding to questions regarding, evidence they have provided in completing specific assessments during the course or program;
  4. Assess the candidates Capability in their understanding of how to apply their learning within a given Organisation's Context; and,
  5. Assess the candidates Capability in their application of the required knowledge within a given organisation.

Witnessed Activity: All ACI Global Business Professionals have and continue to undergo Peer view through a "Witnessed Activity" in accordance with their Triennial (3) year "CPD Agreement"

Planning

Skills - Introduce each of the following topics to demonstrate your Skill Demonstrated Yes or No Competent/Capable Yes or No
Demonstrate that the Organisations legal registers need to be sighted and reviewed to ensure all Acts, Regulations, Codes of Practice and Industry Standards reflect the scope of the Organisations Business Activities.
Demonstrate that at least one Business Review (Management) has been undertaken in guidance with the standard.
Demonstrate that an audit program is in place and audits have been performed on at least the system as a minimum plus external sites (Factory or Work Site) for example.
Demonstrate that the organisation has been advised that selected documentation relating to Risk for example Safe Work Method Statments (SWMS), Job Safety Analysis Environmental Safety (JSEA) Inspection Test Plans (ITP) as specific to the organisations operations will need to be sampled in line with the Legal Registers;
Demonstrate that the Location of the Audit has been confirmed;
Demonstrate that a full and detailed summary of times and requirements, planning and understanding of the business under audit has been provided to the client.

Conduct Opening Meeting
