Professional Membership's and Qualifications. - Associate Fellow Australian Institute of Management (AFAIM), Member of the International Internal Auditors Association of Australia (MIIA), Senior Member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and founding member of the Global Reporting Initiative in Australasia (GRI). Ian is a certified Lead Auditor with an extensive range of industry codes covering QMS, OHS, FS and Environmental Management Systems and is contracted to some of the worlds leading certification bodies to provide auditing services.

Professional Experience - Ian is an experienced senior executive with over thirty years of executive management experience highlighted with outstanding successes in business development and creating over achievers within the workplace. Ian is an Associated Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management as well as a member of the International Internal Auditors Association, and able to draw upon a very extensive network to add to his experience. He is presently managing director of ACI Global a Global Quality Assurance service provider based in Sydney Australia, specialising in professional development through training of personnel to achieve high achiever status. He also provides specialist advice, analysis, planning and implementation of unique tools designed to significantly lift the growth and profitability of medium to large enterprises.

His work is based on the commitments and values developed during his years in senior management within the Energy, FMCG and Primary Industries. These capabilities have significant relevance to medium to large scale enterprises, none the least is a commitment to corporate governance through personal accountability, plus a passion to create an environment for strong and sustainable results. Professional Experience - Myles is fulfilling the role of Director of ACI Global and has the direct responsibility for maintaining ACI Global's Website and on-line course development implementation and accreditations. Myles has been working directly with a number of leading organisations in assisting them in learning and ISO Certification outcomes and continues to work closely with them in Professional Leadership Development.

Marcus applies his deep experience as a senior executive where he has led business change, transformation and recovery initiatives and typically works with, and advises senior executives in relation to their key organisational challenges. Marcus is a qualified ISO lead auditor and assessor. He has built a strong reputation for dealing with difficult and sensitive issues, demonstrating an ability to ‘unpack’ these issues and develop ‘de-sensitised’ and implementable options to address them. Consequently, Marcus has earned the trust of senior executives around the world which allows him to ‘tell it like it is’

He has wide industry and management experience encompassing business and operations which allows him to look pragmatically at any situation and drive outcomes leading change and transformation with innovation. He can assess risk and manage it within appropriate frameworks having worked in military operations, training and risk reduction programs across industry and around the world. In the last twenty years, he has assessed and managed business and organisational risk reporting to boards and shareholders and agencies. He leads and drives the discussion around the business outcome of transformation and risk around operational and business issues. Helen Edwards - Data Security, International Project and SAP Expert.

Specialist Area: - Information and Data Security, Project Management, SAP, Quality, Information Security Systems, Environmental, Health and Safety, Asset Management and ISO Six Sigma.

Qualifications and Professional Development: - Helen has the ability to assimilate complex information and distill the essential elements needed to produce positive outcomes. Her most significant strengths are leadership, stakeholder management, global networking, mentoring, training and fostering collaboration within and between teams..

Professional Experience - Helen has over 30 years of Information Technology, SAP ERP systems, business & systems analysis, accounting, audit, research, investigation, training, project & change management. compliance etc. across various industries such as mining, financial services, pharmaceuticals and government. Helen has been influential in bringing about systems, process and cultural change within some of Australia’s most iconic, publicly listed companies. Helen is passionate about providing community assistance to people with disabilities and over the course of the last four years has developed a world first funding model for providing mobility and assistive equipment to those most in need. This project has brought together international airlines, finance companies, universities and local community leaders in a collaborative effort to change lives.

Ribhu Nath Lavania - International Manager Cultural Affairs and specializing in Project Management Training.

He is very strong in quality concepts, CMM® & CMMI®, ISO 9001, ISO 90000-3, ISO 27001, ISO 2000-1, EFQM and TQM implementation using Phil Crosby methodology. He has conducted so many third party audits against the requirements of above standards/ models. Ribhu is a trained trainer on Phil Crosby method of TQM, Zero Defect-Zero Effect (ZED) initiative of the Indian Prime Minister and PCI-DSS 3.2 standard for the Payment Card Industry. He has been an ace trainer and consultant in above areas and the ISMS Advisor of a certification agency. He has been providing consultancy, training and audit services in so many countries.

Ivan Pearson - International Manager Specializing in Aviation Training.

Professional Membership's and Qualifications - Member of International Register Certified Auditors (IRCA) Member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Member of Australian Organisation for Quality Mechanical Engineering Certificate (City & Guilds London Institute) UK Civil Aviation Authority Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.

Professional Experience. - Ivan has spent approximately forty years within the aviation industry that has given him an extremely broad knowledge base with both civilian and military operations. He has held positions as Quality Manager for a number of internationally recognised aviation organisations as well as being an Air Safety Auditor with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority in Australia. Having completed a series of Quality Management Training Programmes and with significant audit experience with major international airlines, has led him to gain recognition as a Certified Lead Auditor (Aerospace).

Ian and his teams main aims are:

  • Illustrate clearly throughout the organisation the concepts of quality training, paying special care to the understanding and adoption of the seven quality management principals described in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19011 the Auditing Standard;
  • Involve actively all relevant personnel in the implementation of the business systems ensuring all employees are training effectively and are able to adopt Accelerating Continuous Improvement Techniques (ACI);
  • Identify and enhance the organisation's strong points and key processes, limiting formal aspects to the minium required to ensure that the organisation's objectives for its business management system are met;
  • Assist the organisation in achieving a "documented business management system" - and not a "system based only on documents" - where the documents should be developed in order to add value to the whole process;
  • Guide and lead the organisation in identifying and implementing the appropriate processes needed for its specific business management system (considering cultural characteristics and business environment);
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the business management processes and stimulate the organisation to look for opportunities to improve them;
  • Promote continual improvement within the organisation through the adoption of self assessment, management review, systematic use of the Plan- Do-Check-Act cycle and other suitable methods;
  • Train employees of the organisation to continue the maintenance of the business management system after the ACI Global Trainee Business Systems Manager has finished his or her task, and where necessary;
  • Identify and facilitate the integration of the business management system with any other management systems (such as environmental, occupational health and safety and Food Safety and HACCP programs)
