Professional Experience - Ian is an experienced senior executive with over thirty years of executive management experience highlighted with outstanding successes in business development and creating over achievers within the workplace. Ian is able to draw upon a very extensive network to add to his experience. He is presently managing director of ACI Global a Global Quality Assurance educational service provider based in Sydney Australia, specialising in professional development through training of personnel to achieve high achiever status. He also provides specialist advice, analysis, planning and implementation of unique tools designed to significantly lift the growth and profitability of medium to large enterprises.

Frank Malkoun Executive Team Member: Having established Lamrak Safety Advisory Services in 2004 after the semi-retirement of Frank Malkoun, having spent 37 years been trained and developed in a range of high risk skills required of Australian Customs (Australian Border Force) and the Australian Army Special Forces; and for some 25 of those 37, his focus was on leading, developing and conducting training, coaching, mentoring other for these environments.
