    Key Outcomes for Candidates and their Sponsoring Organisation
    • ISO Personal Certification Program: Candidates are enrolled in a three year Triennial Personal ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Certification program with ongoing assessment to verify competency (VOC);
    • ISO Quality Management Systems e-Quip Software Program: The organisation receives e-Quip software for the candidate to undertake their training to implement or evaluate and ultimately run a "Quality Awareness" Aged Care and Disability system to drive "Sustained Success" and ready itself for Certification by a Third Party.
    • Interim Internal ISO Quality Aged Care and Disability Management Systems (QMS) Auditor: During the ISO Personal Certification program or course the candidate will undertake regular audits supported by their facilitator on the sponsoring organisations QMS management/industry system implementing continuous improvement and value add throughout the program.
    • ISO/Aged Care and Disability Standards and all Resources: Candidates are provided all applicable ISO Standards and resources (Manuals, Policies, checklists, risk assessment tools, procedures) necessary for the successful completion of all courses and programs within e-Quip.
    • ISO/Aged Care and Disability Quality Management Systems Manual and all supporting Procedures and Processes: At the completion of the course or ISO Personal Certification Program the sponsoring organisation will have a Management/Industry System Manual ready for ISO/Industry Certification if they so choose to do so.
    • Documentation Review or Gap Audit: Candidates undertake a Documentation Review on their nominated Organisations ISO 9001 Quality/Industry System prior to completion of all courses;
    • 3 Year CPD Agreement: Candidates enter into a three year continuous professional development agreement to support the triennial personal ISO 9001:2015 QMS certification program providing unlimited access to the ACI Global secure Academy portal for all resource and personal development needs;
    • ISO Personal Certification 9001:2015 Aged Care Disability Digital ID Card and Diploma: At the successful completion of the course the candidate achieves ISO Personal Certification in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Aged Care and Disability Management Systems and is issued with a Diploma valid for three years.
    • Sponsoring Organisation is ready for ISO/Industry Certification: Upon the awarding of the Candidates ISO Digital ID Card and Diploma the candidates nominated organisation "Sponsoring Organisation" is issued with a Certificate of Sustained Success covering the nominated ISO 9001:2015 or Industry Standard/s and Statutory Rules and Regulations.

    Course Accreditation and Recognition

    All ACI Global Aged Care and Disability Training Courses and their "Outcomes" are Verified and Validated through the following ISO Accreditation Process:

    • ACI Global as an International Certified Educational Organisation uses both the International Standard ISO 21001:2018 "Educational organisations - Management systems for educational organisations - Requirements with guidance for use" and Industry Bodies to certify fit for purpose all its courses.
    • Course Outcomes are verified and validated by the International Accreditation Forums (IAF) ISO Certification and Registration "Process" through the issuing of certification against either ISO standards and or Industry and associated Statutory Rules (Codes) and Regulatory Requirements.
    • Diploma and ISO Personal Certification issued upon verification by an ISO witnessed, end of course or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Activity.

    This process provides proof against both ISO and or Industry Standards that the candidate and the Organisation have successfully been trained and deemed "Competent" in both Evaluation and Business Sustainability.

ISO Aged Care and Disability Training Courses
  • Overview: The Integrated Business Management Systems Auditor Program provides learning in Integrated Business Management Systems and Auditing of Management Systems.
  • Benefits: The Candidate will be trained to confidently and professionally conduct a Stage 1 or Desk Top audit on either a newly established Business System or within an established system thoroughly checking and auditing existing documentation plus all of the organisations Management Programs and Processes. By the completion of learning the candidate will have ensured that they have a comprehensive understanding of Integrated Business Management Systems and Auditing of Management Systems.
Length of Programme: Minimum 45 hrs, no set time limit is imposed, time taken is dependent on Candidates and or organisational time commitments and resources.

  • Overview: This program ensures the student has a through understanding of Basic Quality and Health and Safety Issues relevant to their new workplace as well as providing Induction Training for a new employee.
  • Benefits: This program allows for the new employee to better understand the Organisation Systems and Processes as well as providing a clear understanding of quality awareness, compliance and risks associated with the organisation. It also helps the new employee understand the Organisations Vision > People > Issues > Process > Data > Accelerating Continuous Improvement > and how they can help the organisation achieve its Mission of Sustained Business Success.
Length of Programme: 1 Day.

  • Overview: This program caters for candidates with a minimum of 2 years experience in health and aged care, wanting to implement positive outcomes for health and aged care organisations.
  • Benefits: The candidate will be involved in ongoing professional development as well as training them to be able to confidently and professionally conduct evaluations and or audits on an Organisations Business Processes.
Length of Programme: Minimum 50 hrs, no set time limit is imposed, time taken is dependent on Candidates and or organisational time commitments and resources.

  • Overview: The ACI Global ISO Scholarship/Cadetship Program allows the candidate (Cadet) including school leavers yrs 10 to 12, Graduates or those in need to select any course or program relevant to their needs or that of their Sponsoring Organisation ensuring learning and full mentoring services within their chosen graduate program.
  • Benefits: ACI Global provides access to its Graduate Programs to students from all around the world with a minimum of 40 Graduate Positions provided free of charge on an needs basis (Conditions Apply). It also helps the Cadet understand the Organisations Vision > People > Issues > Process > Data > Accelerating Continuous Improvement > and how they can help the organisation achieve its Mission of Sustained Business Success.
Length of Programme: Dependent on course or program and the time and or resources available to both the candidate (Cadet) and or participating Organisation.

  • Overview: This program caters for candidates with a minimum of 5 years experience in health and aged care, wanting to implement positive outcomes for health and aged care organisations as well as training them to be able to confidently and professionally conduct evaluations and or audits on an Organisations Business Processes.
  • Benefits: The Integrated Compliance Business Management Systems (CBMS) Aged Care and Disability and the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Lead Auditor Program, provides learning in auditing of management systems and Leading an Audit Team. The Candidate will be trained and coached to professionally conduct a Stage 1 and Stage 2 audit on either a newly established business system, or within an established system, thoroughly checking and validating existing documentation across the organisations management programs and processes. At the completion of learning, the candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of CBMS including Aged Care and Disability, a capability to audit its systems and process, and Lead an Audit team.
Length of Programme: Minimum 80 hrs, no set time limit is imposed, time taken is dependent on Candidates and or organisational time commitments and resources.
