The objective of ACI Global's Accelerating Continuous Improvement (ACI) Support Services for both Organisations and Employees Worldwide, is to foster and develop:

The ACI Global ISO Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Accelerating Continuous Improvement Programs (CPD) is available to both employees and also their Sponsoring Organisations

ACI Global users the following Internationally recognised processes:

• Recognition of Prior Learning and Current Competencies;
• Hogan Leadership Disciplines (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats;
• Hogn three (3) Degree Profile;
• Independent Third Party Organisation Resource Gap Analysis; and,
• Independent Third Party Audit on an Organisations Resource Competencies.

ACI Global, through its network of Business Professionals, all subject matter experts coupled with their own ISO skilled Graduates, Post Graduates, Facilitators and Mentors are available to Accelerate the Continuous Improvement initiatives of participating Organisations by offering auditing, inspection, coaching and assurance services to a wide range of Industry sectors such as:

ACI Global Consulting services are tailored to ensure that at the completion of the project not only does the client have complete ownership of the completed works the organisation systems are capable and robust enough to be certified to the ISO Standard or standards of the organisations choosing.

The following consultancy programs are offered:

ACI Global provides Scholarships and Cadetship positions within all Graduate programs to assist Individuals, Groups, Organisations and Industry in striving for excellence through accelerating the continuous improvement of individuals during hardship and personal disadvantage.

This process is fully supported by a three-year Continuous Improvement Development (CPD) Guarantee ensuring the Graduate provides the Organisation or Industry a truly Value Add Proposition. Graduate programs are offered as below

• On a needs basis;
• To address Literacy and special needs of either individuals, groups or Organisations;
• To assist Industry or Business recover from hardship;
• A minimum of 20 Scholarship and Cadetship positions are made available per Calendar year;
• All Scholarship and Cadetships are covered by ACI Global’s Continuous Professional Development Guarantee CPD;
• Entry into the ACI Global ISO Certified "Capable" Persons Register;
• Mentor for the life of the Scholarship or Cadetships allocated Graduate Program.

RECOGNITION: Certificates of Competence, Diploma and ISO Personal Certification to the Cadet and a Certificate of Sustainability for the cadet's participating Organisation.

KEY LEARNING OBJECTIVE: The Key Learning Objective of this product is to ensure the candidate has a secure learning examination and assessment pathway delivered within a secure learning platform and is cost effective and practical to both the candidate and their sponsoring Organisations circumstances.

ACI Global's Professional Support Services Program provides Graduate's, the opportunity to work within their own or an endorsed "Sponsoring Organisation" so as to enable them to undertake there graduate or post graduate trainings whilst being employed. This service is tailored to ensure:

• The Graduate continues their graduate or post graduate training matched to the Business processes, adding value to the organisation;
• The Graduate is provided an experienced mentor either from within the sponsoring organisation or from ACI Global; and,
• The Graduates training program is not hindered in any way and they are able to undertake training in a real and live environment.

RECOGNITION: Diploma including Triennial (3) year CPD agreement.

KEY LEARNING OBJECTIVE: Accelerating Continuous Improvement.

ACI Global's Professional Support Services Program provides Graduate's, the opportunity to work within a real live environment, "Facilitating Organisation" even if they are unemployed or unable to provide their own or known organisation. This service is tailored to ensure:

• The Graduate continues their graduate or post graduate training matched to the Business processes, adding value to the organisation;
• The Graduate is provided an experienced mentor either from within the sponsoring organisation or from ACI Global; and,
• The Graduates training program is not hindered in any way and they are able to undertake training in a real and live environment.

RECOGNITION: Diploma including Triennial (3) year CPD agreement.

KEY LEARNING OBJECTIVE: Accelerating Continuous Improvement.

The ACI Global Lifetime Learning Program is tailored to ensure:

• Certified Business Professionals receive higher returns for services provided and greater chances of employment and or contracts;
• The Organisation has a training program supported by industry experts ensuring employees are Capable to achieve desired outcomes;
