Key Outcomes for Candidates and their Nominated Organisation

  • Candidates are enrolled in a three year Triennial Personal ISO Certification program with ongoing assessment to verify competency (VOC);
  • Candidates undertake both a witnessed Stage 1 (Document Review) audit and Stage 2 Systems Audit on their nominated Organisations ISO/Industry System prior to completion of all courses;
  • Candidates enter into a three year continuous professional development agreement to support the triennial personal ISO certification program providing unlimited access to the ACI Global secure e-Campus portal for all resource and personal development needs.
  • At the successful completion of the course/program the candidate is issued with a Diploma valid for three years and their nominated organisation is issued with a Certificate of Sustainability covering the nominated ISO or Industry Standards and Stratutory Rules and Regulations.

This process provides proof against both ISO and or Industry Standards that the candidate and the Organisation have successfuly been trained and deemed "Competent" in both Evaluation and Business Sustainability.

This programme ensures the student has a through understanding of Basic Quality and Health and Safety Issues relevant to their new workplace as well as providing Induction Training for the new employee. The programme will also allow the participant to test their knowledge of what they have learnt and understood from the presentation by participating in the online competency based examination. All Employee Induction and awareness training programmes are modified to cater for each organisations own Business Processes and Induction procedures.
The Programme provides participants with the necessary knowledge and tools to develop and implement a Quality Management System (QMS) for an organisation in conformance with the International Standard ISO 9001.2015. The programme involves QMS Modules 1 to 5 in the development of the quality management system and QMS Modules 6 to 7 in the Implementation of what has been developed in the first five modules. The last two modules QMS 8 and QMS 9 are used for Auditor Professional Development.
This course will take the participant through the process to ensure that the Quality Management System (QMS) of an organisation functions correctly. It will also look at ways to improve any areas of weakness and make final preparations for the on-site Third Party Final Audit to ensure the organisation is ready for certification if required.
This course will involve the student working with key personal of an organisation in identifying the required documents for the Quality Management System. The participant will also work with key personal to have existing documentation re written if needed.
